Who can use this service?
Fiber based services were designed with high bandwidth users in mind. Fiber services are not restricted to any one type of industry or user and are available to any user who requires high bandwidth. We are currently providing fiber optic services to a wide range of customers including K-12 education, colleges, universities, government offices, hospitals, hotels and many others.
What is the handoff?
All services are native Ethernet and all handoffs are either Category 5e or optical.
Will you have equipment at our location?
Yes. We will deploy demarc equipment at your facility and we will be responsible for the maintenance of that equipment. Space and power requirements will vary depending on network design.
Do you have 24/7 network monitoring?
Yes. We have a Network Operations Center that monitors all customers 24x7x365.
What if I want to increase bandwidth, do I have to bring in another circuit?
All of the equipment that we deploy is scalable in 1 Megabit increments up to 1 Gigabit. Additional equipment may be required to deliver services over 1 Gigabit, but that must be determined on a case by case basis.
How are fiber based services priced?
Due to the unique requirements for each customer, all fiber based services are priced on a case by case basis.
